Psilocybin-Assisted Group Therapy in Vancouver, BC

A 12-week clinical protocol culminating in a two-night sacred plant retreat in the Fraser Valley. Limited to 8 participants per cohort.

Coastal Healing Rooted in Community

Our Vancouver cohorts offer a deeply grounded and clinical approach to psilocybin-assisted group therapy, set against the serene backdrop of the Fraser Valley — just outside the city, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and old-growth forest.

This is not a weekend escape. It is a 12-week journey of preparation, ceremony, and integration — designed to create lasting transformation within a small, trusted community of 6 to 8 people.

We facilitate Gathering Groups retreats — a transformational model that uniquely incorporates western, science-backed theories while rooted in Indigenous and land-based teachings. Every group is supported by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), Registered Social Workers (RSW), and professionally trained facilitators.

Your Journey

WEEKS 1–7: PREPARE

Weekly 90-minute online group sessions build somatic readiness, self-inquiry, and group trust. Topics include breathwork, mindfulness, self-compassion, intentional movement, embodiment work, and Internal Family Systems. Each week follows a predictable, grounding structure so your nervous system can settle into the process.

WEEK 8: TWO-NIGHT SACRED PLANT RETREAT

You arrive on the first evening at 6:30 PM. The night before ceremony is a structured preparation circle — an opportunity to unplug, connect with your group, journal, and tend to yourself.

The ceremony begins early the next morning and continues into the afternoon. After ceremony, the group shares a light meal and time to reflect. That evening begins the integration circle, followed by rest, connection, nourishment, and time by the fire. On the final morning, breakfast is served and the group departs.

WEEKS 9–12: INTEGRATE

Return to your online group to make sense of what emerged. Anchor insights into your daily life with clinical support and community reflection. Lifetime access to the Gathering alumni integration community is included.
