Healing Begins in Community

Psilocybin-assisted group therapy across Canada. A structured 12-week protocol rooted in clinical care, Indigenous wisdom, and the healing power of small groups.

We facilitate Gathering Groups retreats — a transformational model combining western, evidence-based therapy with land-based teachings. Limited to 8 participants per cohort.

A 12-Week Arc of Transformation

This isn’t a weekend escape. It’s a clinically-supported journey of preparation, ceremony, and integration — designed to create lasting change.

PREPARE (Weeks 1–7)

Weekly 90-minute online sessions build somatic readiness, self-inquiry, and group trust. Each week follows a predictable, grounding structure so your nervous system can settle into the process.

RETREAT (Week 8)

A two-night, in-person sacred plant ceremony held in a safe, intimate setting. Supported by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC), Registered Social Workers (RSW), and healthcare professionals.

INTEGRATE (Weeks 9–12)

Return to your online group to make sense of what emerged. Anchor insights into your daily life with clinical support and community reflection. Lifetime alumni integration access included.

You Might Be a Good Fit If…

Our model is built for depth, safety, and integration. It requires commitment to the process.

  • You’re a professional, first responder, parent, or seeker navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, or burnout
  • You’ve tried talk therapy and feel ready for something deeper
  • You want clinical safety and heart-centered community — not one or the other
  • You’re willing to commit to a 12-week process, not just a single ceremony
  • You value being held in a small group where you can be fully seen and known

RESEARCH-BACKED

This model builds on pioneering research from Roots to Thrive and is being formally studied in partnership with the University of Exeter (UK) to explore how structured community processes enhance therapeutic outcomes.
