Bolivia Retreat — Inner Exploration at Refugio Los Volcanes

A 7-day immersive retreat in a breathtaking valley where the Andes meets the Amazon — designed for deep inner work, rest, reconnection, and guided medicine practice.

What You Can Expect

A RETREAT FOR TURNING INWARD

Inner Exploration at Refugio Los Volcanes has been carefully curated for people who feel called to return to health, wholeness, and a more grounded relationship with themselves.

Refugio itself is extraordinary: a lush sanctuary surrounded by tropical rainforest, crystalline rivers, and dramatic stone cliffs — a place that naturally invites reverence, perspective, and nervous-system exhale.

7 DAYS OF GUIDED INNER WORK

Throughout this intimate retreat, you’ll be supported through daily practices designed to gently reveal the deeper patterns beneath thought and behaviour — hidden assumptions, body states, implicit memories, and emotional landscapes that shape how you live.

3 MEDICINE EXPERIENCES + INTEGRATION

The retreat includes three carefully held medicine experiences inside a therapeutic and relational container, with opportunities for one-to-one sessions, small-group integration, and spacious reflection throughout the week.

NATURE, REST, AND COMMUNITY

You’ll also be invited into gentle yoga, movement, river time, hikes into the surrounding jungle, nourishing meals, and the kind of real human connection that helps deep healing land in the body.

Meet Your Facilitators

Four highly skilled guides with experience across trauma work, medicine spaces, psychotherapy, clinical care, group facilitation, and deep personal transformation.

This Retreat May Be a Good Fit If…

YOU WANT TO BREAK OLD PATTERNS

You’ve struggled with destructive behaviour, substance use, relational pain, or repeated emotional loops and feel ready for deeper work.

YOU’RE SEEKING CLARITY AND DIRECTION

You want a more honest relationship with yourself, your purpose, your body, and the parts of you that have been overlooked or silenced.

YOU NEED REST, DEPTH, AND SUPPORT

You’re longing for a contained environment where healing, recalibration, and meaningful connection can happen without rushing.

Grounded in Safety

Because of the depth of this retreat, participants are required to disclose relevant historical and current medical information as part of the screening process. This helps the team assess fit, support safety, and ensure the container is appropriate for everyone involved.
